We ship all items discreetly and the contents can only be determined by actually opening the package. Your package will not bear any external markings that will give away the nature of your order. The return address label will read:

- Orders received by 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday (USPS by 12 pm EST Saturday) ship the same day.
- Orders received after 2:00pm EST on Friday ship no later than the following Monday (unless Monday is a holiday).
Priority Mail via US Postal Service.
- Average delivery time of 1 to 3 business days from date shipped.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery we suggest one of the UPS options.
- Delivery confirmation (excluding military addresses).
- Delivery to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses.
- Saturdays and residential deliveries at no extra cost.
Up to the minute tracking and guaranteed delivery time/date.
UPS Next Business Day Air
Guaranteed overnight delivery by 10:30 am the next business day. Some shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote US locations require additional time.
UPS Next Business Day Air Saver
Guaranteed next business day delivery by 4:30 pm to commercial destinations and end of next business day to residential. An affordable delivery option for next-business-day deliveries that don't require morning delivery. Some shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote US locations require additional time.
UPS Second Business Day Air
Fast, reliable delivery guaranteed by the end of the second business day. Provides substantial savings compared to overnight rates. Deliveries to certain locations in Alaska may require additional time.
UPS 3 Day Select
Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days to every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states. Provides the ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery.
UPS Ground
Guaranteed day-specific delivery. Prompt, dependable, low-cost delivery.

To determine your shipping fees before checkout:
- Add the item(s) to your shopping cart.
- Click the "View Cart" located (upper right of page)
- Verify that the items and quantities are correct.
- Enter the "Ship To" destination ZIP Code in the "ZIP Code" field.
- Click "Calculate Shipping"
All available delivery methods and rates will be displayed. During checkout you will be able to select your preferred delivery method.
PO Box, APO and FPO deliveries must be shipped using Priority or First Class mail via US Postal Service. UPS does not deliver to these locations.

Example 1:
If you place an order on Friday before 2:00 pm EST and choose UPS Next Day delivery, you will receive your package on the next business day (Monday, unless it is a holiday).
Example 2:
If you place an order on Friday after 2:00 pm EST and choose UPS Next Day delivery, your order will ship the next business day (Monday, unless it's a holiday), and will be delivered to you on Tuesday.

- Deliveries to countries other than the US usually take 1-2 weeks. Deliveries to Canada usually take 5-10 days.
- DeepMemories is not responsible for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes imposed outside the US. Be forewarned that customs agents, particlarly those of some countries, may be restrictive and inconsistent. DeepMemories is not liable for any items confiscated by customs authorities.

Avoid Delays
When paying by credit card, please verify that the billing address exactly matches the address on file with your credit card company (same address that your CC bill is mailed to). No bill or information is ever sent by us to this address, it is only used as an extra security measure to verify that your credit card has not been stolen. If any of this information is incorrect it may hold up delivery of your order until the correct information is obtained. If the shipping address is the same address that your credit card is billed to you can leave the billing address blank.

Email Confirmation
As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirmation, which will include your order status and tracking information.
Contact Us
If you do not receive a confirmation email due to email filters or can't locate it, send us an email at CustomerService@DeepMemories.com and reference your name and or order number. We will email you the current status and send you a tracking link for future reference.
Undeliverable Orders - Back to top
Please verify accuracy of shipping information closely at checkout. Any unopened order that is received by us returned as refused or undeliverable will be credited except for the original shipping cost plus any additional shipping cost that may be incurred.
Backordered Items - Back to top
DeepMemories.com does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item via USPS Priority Mail as soon as it is available at no additional shipping charge to you. In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after fifteen days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait or canceling your order.
